Cancellation Policy and safety information

You can cancel the booking without penalty.
In case of cancellation will be refunded the money except for fess and handling fees for an amount of 10 euros + VAT
The cancellation clause is not valid in 30 days before the start date of hire. Rain or weather forecasts are not grounds for cancellation of the reservation.

A Vespa /Scooter is not a toy and not a moped, but a small mortorcycle. Driving without experience could be dangerous for yourself and for the others.
Wether you're just starting out on your first Vespa ride, or you've been riding for years, your competences and skills are extremely important.

Please not in spite of it's "cool" look, the Vespa is not easy vehicle to ride for a beginner and it is expensive to repair.

Check to be sure that you take your original license (it is not accepted fotocopy, pictures on phone or digital license) with you and that it is still valid and redable.

The Vespa Rent Team safe guard the safety of the person and of third parties and reserve the possibilty to not deliver the Vespa/Scooter if the customer is unable to drive it.
In this case the reservation money and the payment will not be refunded.

The customer declare to have read rental terms and safety information.

*The refund will be made within 120 days
